TenTal Software Ltd. (“TenTal“) operates tental.net and provides mobile applications through the Apple Store and Google Play Store. It is TenTal’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may access or collect while operating our websites and mobile applications.
1. Mobile Applications Policy
This section applies specifically to users of TenTal mobile applications downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Data Access, Collection, and Usage
We are committed to user privacy. Our mobile applications are designed so that we do not collect, harvest, or transmit any personally identifiable information or user data to external servers.
- Location Data Access: Our applications may request access to your device’s location data (including precise or approximate location) to enable core app functionalities (e.g., local features, proximity triggers, or map displays inside the app). This location data is processed entirely on your local device in real-time. We do not transmit your location data to TenTal servers, nor do we share, sell, or rent your location data to any third parties.
If you do not wish to allow this, you can deny or revoke location permissions at any time through your device’s system settings, though doing so may limit certain features of the application.
2. Website Visitors
Like most website operators, TenTal collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. TenTal’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how TenTal’s visitors use its website. From time to time, TenTal may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
TenTal also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged-in users and for users leaving comments on tental.net blogs/sites. TenTal only discloses logged-in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
3. Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to TenTal’s websites choose to interact with TenTal in ways that require TenTal to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that TenTal gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up at tental.net to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with TenTal are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, TenTal collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with TenTal. TenTal does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
4. Aggregated Statistics
TenTal may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. TenTal may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, TenTal does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
5. Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using TenTal’s websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
TenTal will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, TenTal discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when TenTal believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of TenTal, third parties or the public at large.

TenTal takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
